Browse through the 'Knowledge Base' by category or do a search for an answer related to your issue. If nothing shown answers your question then please follow the steps below to submit a support ticket.
    • 'Login' to your account or 'Sign Up' for a new account. Please note that this is not a shared account with the Fotodiox shopping cart, even if you already have an account at www.Fotodioxpro.com, you will need one here also.
    • Click on the '+ New Support Ticket' button on the right hand side of the search bar as shown below:

    • Fill out the ticket with any information you think is relevant to us helping you out and please attach any photo or file that may show what the issue is, the more information we have the better we can assist you with any issue you are having.
    • Please make sure the 'Requester' field is filled in with your correct email address, if the email is incorrect you will not get a response. When finished, click 'Submit'.

    While we do our best to respond to all tickets as soon as possible, we are sometimes backlogged. But rest assured that we will respond within one business day of receiving the ticket request.
