Delivery
Fotodiox makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please note orders made after 1:00 PM (Central Time, US) will be entered the next business day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. No orders will be processed during holidays. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you of the situation.

Delivery of Overnight and 2 Day Orders:
Orders placed on our site with a request for overnight, or 2 day delivery, are generally shipped on the day they are ordered. Please note orders made after 3:00 PM (Central Time, US) will be entered the next business day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday.

Shipping Charges:
We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping on all US orders. International shipping rates are based on weight; Canada is as low as $6.95. All prices on the website are shown in US dollars and shipping rates are added to the total. Illinois resident will also pay a mandatory 8.25% sales tax.

Our Return / Exchange Policy:
You may return merchandise for a full refund of the product price, or exchange, if the return is made within 14 days of receipt of the item. Refunds will exclude any return shipping charges. You are responsible for any shipping charges that may be incurred for return shipping.

All orders must be checked by customers within 30 days of the date of purchase. After this time, Fotodiox will not be responsible for items damaged in shipping, lost, or any other issues not related to technical support.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer product packaging with all parts and paperwork, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty card(s). Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's product package.

Please ship your parcel back to Fotodiox shipping/ freight prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

Please allow up to 10 business days (from the time we receive the return) for your exchange or return to be processed.

Credit Cards:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Please provide the billing information of the credit card you are using. Billing information may include the following: name, address and telephone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank, or other issuer of the credit card. If you are using a shipping address which is different from the billing address, please also provide the telephone number of the shipping address.

Check/Money Order:
If you would like to pay by check, please print out your order and mail the order page to us with your check enclosed. We will process your order immediately if you send us a bank check, or a certified check. Personal & business checks take up to a week to clear.

PayPal:
If you have a PayPal account, and wish to pay using PayPal funds, you can do so by selecting the PayPal method. You will redirected to the secure PayPal website for payment.

Product Warranties:
All products carry a 2 Year / 24 month Warranty from Fotodiox from date of purchase. Our warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only. Our warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss or theft. Warranty not applicable on consumable items and clearance items as marked.
