Delivery
Fotodiox makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please note orders made after 1:00 PM (Central Time, US) will be entered the next business day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. No orders will be processed during holidays. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you of the situation.

Delivery of Overnight and 2 Day Orders:
Orders placed on our site with a request for overnight, or 2 day delivery, are generally shipped on the day they are ordered. Please note orders made after 3:00 PM (Central Time, US) will be entered the next business day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday.

Shipping Charges:
We offer $4.95 flat rate shipping on all US orders. International shipping rates are based on weight; Canada is as low as $4.95. All prices on the website are shown in US dollars and shipping rates are added to the total. Illinois resident will also pay a mandatory 8.25% sales tax.

 

Returns

Our Return / Exchange Policy:
Merchandise purchased on Fotodioxpro.com is eligible for return of the cost of the item only, or exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery.  Fotodiox does not provide return shipping labels, or accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

Any items sent back to Fotodiox must be new, in the original manufacturer’s packaging and containing all components and paperwork (including but not limited to instructions, packing inserts, and the blank warranty card if applicable).

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and test their purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, Fotodiox is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost items.
