All products carry a Limited 2-year/24-month Warranty from Fotodiox from date of purchase. Our warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only. Our warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss or theft. Warranty not applicable on consumable items, clearance items as marked, and items bought from unauthorized dealers. You are responsible for any shipping charges that may be incurred for return shipping.
Please properly package all items, when shipping; Fotodiox is not responsible for any damaged equipment. Within the package, please include a copy of your invoice, a note to let us know what is wrong with the item, your support ticket number (if applicable) as well as contact information should we need to reach you before sending out your replacement.
To have your item fixed or replaced under warranty, please send the defective components back to address bellow, also make sure you add Attn: Warranty Ticket #39867 to the address otherwise it may get lost in shipping department.
